Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: January 2026 Version 3.0

Every Znole Freelancer ID Card is a physical credential, manufactured and dispatched to the address you provide. This page explains what is delivered, how long it typically takes, what happens when a delivery fails, and the charges involved.

1. What is delivered

Every approved application results in a physical card printed with your name, photograph, unique ID number, QR code, and category. Delivery is available across every state and union territory of India. There is no delivery outside India.

2. Standard timeline

The timeline from application to delivery has three stages. The estimates below are typical. Actual times may vary depending on courier availability, festival seasons, remote pin codes, and weather.

  • Day 0 to Day 2: Application review, KYC verification, and Video KYC check.
  • Day 2 to Day 5: Card production, personalisation, and QR code generation.
  • Day 5 to Day 12: Courier dispatch and delivery. Metro cities usually receive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. Non-metro and remote pin codes may take 7 to 10 working days.

Most cardholders receive their physical card within 7 to 14 working days of application approval. The digital verification page and QR code become active as soon as the card is issued, so you can share your verification link with clients before the physical card arrives.

3. First delivery is included

The application fee already covers the first delivery attempt. Nothing extra is charged for it, regardless of your location within India.

4. When the first delivery fails

The following are treated as delivery failures attributable to you, and responsibility rests with you in each case:

  • The address you provided is incorrect, incomplete, or not locatable.
  • The mobile number on file is unreachable when the courier tries to contact you.
  • You, or an authorised recipient, are not available at the address when the courier arrives.
  • You refuse to accept the parcel.
  • The recipient's details do not match and the courier cannot verify the intended recipient.

If a first delivery fails for any reason attributable to you, Znole Technology is not responsible for the failed attempt. The application fee is not refunded, and the courier cost of the first attempt is not returned. You may request a second delivery under Section 5.

Delivery failures caused by verified courier partner error, natural events, or public disruption are handled separately. Where the failure is clearly not your fault, a fresh delivery is arranged at no additional cost.

5. Second delivery: ₹55

If the first delivery fails, you can request a second attempt by paying a re-delivery charge of ₹55. This charge covers the courier cost of the second dispatch and is separate from the original application fee.

How to request a second delivery

  1. Write to [email protected] from the email address on file.
  2. Include your application reference number, name, and the corrected delivery address if a change is required.
  3. Pay the ₹55 re-delivery charge through the payment link we send in reply.
  4. The card is dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of payment confirmation.

You may correct the delivery address at the time of requesting re-delivery. The corrected address, once submitted, is treated as final. Further changes require another re-delivery request. The re-delivery charge is itself non-refundable once paid.

6. Cards are held safely if not received

If you do not request a second delivery, the card is not destroyed. It is held safely by Znole Technology, associated with your account. You can request delivery of the held card at any later date by paying the applicable delivery charge in force at that time. A card is never permanently lost from your account simply because the first attempt was missed.

7. Charges at a glance

ChargeWhat it coversAmount
Application fee Identity verification, card production, and the first delivery attempt. As shown at checkout
Re-delivery Second delivery attempt after a failed first attempt attributable to you. ₹55
Delayed pickup Delivery of a card held in custody, requested later. Applicable rate at time of request
Replacement Replacement of a lost, damaged, or updated card, once every six months. Shown at time of request

Charges may be revised from time to time. The rate in force on the date of payment is the rate that applies.

8. Remote and restricted areas

Some pin codes are considered remote by courier partners due to distance, terrain, or limited service coverage. For these locations:

  • Delivery timelines may extend beyond the standard estimates in Section 2.
  • The courier may deliver only up to the nearest serviceable point. You may need to collect the card from that point.
  • In rare cases where no courier services the destination, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address or pickup point.

9. Damage during transit

Cards are packed to withstand normal handling. If you receive a card in visibly damaged condition:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged card immediately on receipt.
  2. Report the damage in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the photographs.
  3. Keep the damaged card and packaging until the report is acknowledged.

Verified transit damage is replaced at no cost. Reports received later than 48 hours, or without supporting photographs, are treated as regular replacement requests.

10. Tracking

When the card is dispatched, we email you the courier partner's name, the tracking reference number, and the expected delivery window. Live tracking is available on the courier partner's own website using the reference number.

11. Changes to this policy

Delivery timelines, courier partners, and charges may be revised from time to time. The version of this policy in force on the date of your application is the version that applies.

12. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy is to be read together with the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
